I'm Scott Matthews, an experienced graphic designer with over 15 years of experience, based in Colac, Victoria. My passion lies in crafting authentic, inspiring brands that deeply resonate with their audiences.

My journey began with a love for branding, packaging and communication design. Over the years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with exceptional clients and award-winning design teams. From branding and strategy to digital marketing campaigns and highly desirable digital user experiences, I've worn many creative hats.

Recently, I've been working within an innovation team, specialising in service and experience design. Here, I focus on testing innovative approaches to reduce workplace harm and enhance outcomes for the citizens of Victoria.

What sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to enriching lives through design. Every project I undertake follows Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles, ensuring a customer-centric approach and clear communication of brand values.

My goal is to elevate brand awareness and optimise digital customer experiences for small to medium-sized businesses, not-for-profits, and government departments. I achieve this through design research, refined user experiences, clear user journeys, and innovative applications.
